Clam and Shrimp Pasta
Tonight I was craving clams but was also craving pasta so I decided to put together a seafood pasta. This recipe is pretty similar to my Spaghetti Alle Vongole recipe except I used linguine noodles, added some shrimp, tomato paste, anchovy paste, basil, and crushed tomatoes. And since I felt like I should add a healthy element to the dish, I dressed some arugula with lemon juice, kosher salt, and olive oil and topped the pasta with it. The arugula adds some delicious peppery flavor. Yum!
